Registration/Tuition Fees

** Students enrolling in the 9th-12th grades, will receive an additional admissions packet upon receipt of their registration form and fee.

The Registration Fee is $75 per student, or $150 for two or more students from a family. Registration fees are the only non-refundable fees at Tri-City Christian Academy. The first student is considered the oldest student in the family. There is no tuition charge for fourth and subsequent students from the same family. To Register: submit the applicable registration form, financial responsibility form and applicable fee to the school office.

To ensure your student's enrollment for September, any unpaid balance from the previous year, must be paid in full no later than July 10th.

Beginner, Pre-K, and Kindergarten student accounts will be charged a monthly book and supply fee of $15 per student.

Please see applicable book list (grades 1 - 12) for prices of required text books, materials and supplies, which are not included in the tuition fee. Book fees MUST be paid in full before the student begins school. High School (grades 7 - 12 ) books are sold during the month of August and payment is expected at the time of purchase. Elementary (grades 1 - 6) books will be distributed on the first day of school.

Before and After School care, for all students, is available from 6:30 AM until 8:00 AM, and from 3:00 PM until 6:00 PM respectively. Students enrolled in Kindergarten and in grades 1 through 6 will be billed for this additional service at an hourly rate of $2.00 per student. Jr/Sr High School Students will be billed at the same rate if they are still on school property after 3:00 PM. Accounts of any student(s) not picked up by 6:00 PM will be assessed a fee of $1.00 (per family) per minute late, except in the event of an emergency in which the school was notified.

All Before and After School Care charges and miscellaneous charges (athletic fees, music fees, extra books, electives, etc.) are due by the 15th of each month. Payments for these fees are made directly to the school, via cash, check or credit card. These charges are NOT included in FACTS agreements. In order to maintain an effective before and after school care program, families having delinquent before and after school care charges will be asked to avoid using this additional service until their accounts are made current.

A monthly late fee of $10.00 will be charged if balances due ( excluding FACTS payments that have not been posted) are not paid on time. Accounts will be assessed $15.00 for any returned checks.

Students enrolled at Cross Road Kindergarten in Dover will receive a tuition discount at the Cross Road school if they have brothers or sisters enrolled simultaneously at Tri-City Christian Academy.

Tuition fees will be prorated by the school day for students registering after October 1st, or for students withdrawing before the end of the school year. Any refund due to parents will be paid within 60 days of date of withdrawal computed without any discount rate applied.

For Kindergarten students, uninterrupted absences of; up to two weeks per year, are permitted without charge provided the school is given written notice, one week in advance. Absences longer than the normal two week vacation period will be charged on a 40% tuition basis. If the child is removed from school for longer periods, the parent may have the option of paying 40% of the weekly tuition or a re-registration fee, whichever is less.
